What is Freediving?

Freediving is a way to explore the underwater world, while voluntarily holding your breath (static apnea). But that’s not all, you can also explore your inner world. Close your eyes and you will begin to dive through your emotions, feelings and thoughts.

This is the way we like to teach at Holistic Freediving.

TRAINING FOR LIFE

All the techniques you’ll discover in the courses, you can use in your day to day and even in other sports or activities. This powerful techniques will help you to improve and take the control of your life.

In the end it comes down to the mind / body connection. Once you understand how this connection works, it is when body / mind synchronizes and you can give your best.

Experience and learn how to breath. With the time and bad habits, we lost the proper way to breath, it becomes short and fast and affect to our body producing stress. Deep breaths will transform our body and mind into the peace connection.
